Privacy policy

Effective October 23, 2026. This policy describes how Son of the Soil LLC ("we") handles information in connection with soil2sun.com and the internal software we operate.

Who this covers

Son of the Soil LLC is a single-operator business. We do not sell consumer products on this site and we do not run advertising here. This page exists so that the tools we build and the accounts we operate have a public statement of how information is handled.

Information we handle

• Email content. Mail sent to addresses at soil2sun.com is received and stored by Google Workspace. We access that mail through Google's official APIs and IMAP, using credentials we control, in order to read, archive, and back it up.
• Backups. Mailbox archives are stored locally on hardware we control. They are not transmitted to any third party.
• Business records. We keep ordinary business correspondence, contracts, and accounting records as required to run the company.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal information.
• We do not share mailbox contents with third parties except where the law requires it.
• We do not use the contents of email to train models or to target advertising.

Third-party services

Email hosting is provided by Google Workspace, and this website is hosted by Cloudflare. Those providers process data under their own terms as necessary to deliver the service. We do not authorize them to use it for their own purposes beyond operating the service.

How long we keep it

We keep business correspondence and mailbox archives for as long as they are useful to the business and as required by law, and we delete them when they are not.

Changes

If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
